I have a site that gets heaps of crappy hotmail registrations.

I've been using mollom for a while and it works OK, but I still sometimes ge 20 useless registrations a day.

The site doesn't require email verification to make the ecommerce smoother.

After months of frustation, I discovered the Honeypot module, no crap registrations since install!

I wonder if real people can still register? Hmm, have to check that.

So I got some major errors trying to get Media and media Gallery to work. (why, why, why?).

The site just crashed with an error message. Couldn't get direct to admin pages nothing.

I worked out that you can get to the watchdog table directly in the database via PHPMyadmin.

Then you can download the Blob of the error and open in text wrangler.

This should let you what module is Freaking and you can disable via the "system" table by setting it's status to 0.

It's actually pretty easy.

Just make up a utf text file with the format:

CHAPTER01=00:00:00:00
CHAPTER01NAME=Chapter 1
CHAPTER01=00:00:30:00
CHAPTER01NAME=Chapter 2

Than open your movie in the freeware soft "subler".

Drop the text file in the info window and save.

Sweet.

Is this for real? I snapped this on the back of a public toilet door. Are Optus and Audi really paying people to scrawl their ads on toilet doors with marker pen. Or does someone just love the brands so much they feel they have to share?

Maybe it's some kind of weird, brand-whore beat. Or code for something really nasty.

This was out the front of a terrace house in Redfern. What could be the point of advertising with such awful photos of a messy house and a sinkful of dirty dishes.

Surely you'd go with "lifestyle" shots.

It probably sold for several million anyway.

Here's another "New Look, Same great taste". I particularly love the way they put a picture of the box, on the box. Just in case you couldn't see the box, except obviously you are looking at the box...

But if you look closely at the picture of the box it doesn't look like the new box that you actually have. So what box did you get sold you chump. It's obviously very important that you get the right box.

I'm not definite but I'm pretty sure this one came out of a cigarette packet. Great taste, hmmm, yeah right.
